6. Returns & Refund Policy

6.1 Customers may request a refund within 15 days from the date of receiving the order.

6.2 Refunds are accepted only if the clothing item is new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with tags attached.

6.3 Refund requests must be submitted by email to customer support.

6.4 Once a refund request is received, it will be reviewed and approved within 3 business days.

6.5 Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error by the Company.

6.6 ButterflyByKatia reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet return conditions.

7.1 All services and products are provided “as is”.
