  • Express Domestic Delivery (UAE): 1–2 business days for urgent orders.

  • International Delivery: 5–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • Orders placed on Fridays, public holidays, or boutique closure days will be processed on the next business day.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, customs inspections, weather, or force majeure events.

Receiving Your Order

  • Please ensure a responsible adult (18+) is available at the delivery address to accept and inspect your order.

  • If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave the package at a safe location or attempt redelivery. ButterflyByKatia is not responsible for misplaced packages due to the recipient’s absence.

  • Kindly inspect the package upon receipt. Any visible damage should be reported to our customer service within 24 hours.
